They joined in CREATING what they VOTED AGAINST? THis is a good thing because?

    Because....the Dems made it clear that after it passed, they would use reconciliation to add to the bill the "human infastructure" parts. Which they would only need 50 votes to do. 

    The Reps are actually showing a backbone for a change. About time.
