Actually, it may mean the DA (or Grand Jury) doesn't believe there is enough evidence to convict of a crime.

It could also mean that a statute of limitations ran out.
It could also mean the person was charged with a similar crime, and a second charge would violate "double jeopardy".

There's a few reasons a crime won't be charged, even though everyone knows a crime was committed.

If all these accusations are true, his goose is cooked. However, if they all are lies, Cuomo should welcome any investigation. It seems all parties involved thinks he's guilty with no evidence thus far. An accusation is all anyone needs to convict and that's unfortunate.

No evidence? What would it take to evidence you Zack? The word of the women won't suffice obviously.

Had he "knocked them up" or raped them with an audience or groped them or "felt them up" in front of an audience on stage cameras rolling? Would that be enough or would you think it was all staged?

This is the problem that will never be resolved. WOMEN ARE NOT BELIEVED. Out of hand. Automatically. That's why men get away with it and always have and always will. They are believed and their victims are denigrated. And so it goes. Sad that. Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday to you. This post was edited by RosieG at August 10, 2021 5:53 AM MDT
