The requirement to make babies is to copulate. You don't need to be smart or sane. Just sex it up and be fertile and VOILA! Why is that?

Why are there standards requirements for many things but nothing required for being a babymaker but your private parts meeting?

How does that make any sense?

    Should the government be giving people permission to have a child?  What will the punishment be for unauthorized procreation? Forced abortion or murder of the born child?  Forced surgical sterilization?

    Isn't Nature wonderful? Biology allows things to make more things without needing things like the ANSI or ISO!
