I mean it's not a secret that Florida medical staff were running out of ICU beds ventilators etcetera. We KNOW IT in California for gawd's sake. It's front and center and in the HEADLINES OF OUR NEWSPAPERS for goodness sakes!. So how could a governor NOT KNOW about it? HOW COULD A GOVERNOR NOT BE THE ONE TO ACTIVELY WORK ON GETTING WHAT HIS STATE NEEDS TO SAVE LIVES?
