Not for walking the dogs unleashed. She just moved to the area a few weeks before and did not have any I.D. on her. To prove who she was. They asked where she lived and she couldn't remember the address. She offered to walk with them there to show them but they just preferred to arrest her. Now why does it matter who she is? Why must she have shown some I.D.?
It worked out later and she was unarrested.
But seriously. She wasn't breaking into anywhere stealing anything carrying a weapon or threatening anyone. Why does it matter WHO SHE IS? I don't get it.
