For those who haven't it's about a war vet who is alive because of a buddy who saved it but died doing so. As a result he feels very guilty about being alive. He rejects the standard lives of those around him. Capitalists wanting success and money and status. It's not enough for him. He spends years and years trying to find himself and does eventually. A different path than the standard ordinary everyday typical people. It's simple. To do hard work and help people how when if you can. That's it. I think folks who help people because they believe that is what they are here for are extraordinarily rare. Do you know anyone like that?
