Is there a CLASS distinction with regard to evil? It is more often found among the obscenely wealthy than it is among the poor?

Is EVIL equally distributed among all "CLASSES" or is it only the wealthy who can afford to be evil? The poor have no such LUXURY of AUTONOMY? .
