Is this Millitary Grade stupidity ?

From the presentation page presenting Everykey found in one of our bottomads: "New Military Grade Password Security Device Now Available To Public":

"But here's the thing, the Everykey device itself doesn't store your passwords. They're safely stored in an encrypted format on an Everykey secure server. So even if you lose or have your Everykey stolen, it's totally useless in anyone's hands except yours!"

So once the identity thieves break the encryption on Everykey's secure server, they have free access to the passwords of everyone who use the Everykey system.
Some things are so very 'smart' that they are stupid. We can only hope that military people does not store their launch codes etc behind passwords from Everykey.
