Why shouldn't a CEO work his/her up from the bottom and KNOW how to do do all the jobs in the company? Wouldn't such a CEO be far more valuable and effective? How would he/she KNOW if someone is doing a good job or not? Depend on others to tell him/her ? What if the "others" are prejudiced/partisan? Why rely on the opiinon of others and take it a chance the opinions are worthless?
