I think we all know what happened on January 6th and it wasn't a group of out-of-town tourists.
Colorado Judge Sarah Wallace "... concluded Trump's "conduct and words were the factual cause of, and a substantial contributing factor" to the attack on the Capitol. She found that Trump "engaged in an insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021 through incitement."

Yeah. There were some crazies (both right and left wing) But most were peaceful and were let in by the Capitol police. And there were many Feds there instigating as well. All on video.
She can rule what she wants....Trump is still going to win.

No not all all. I am watching people being escorted in by police and basically given a guided tour throughout the building. I am watching police dressed as MAGA walking through a hallway with their faces hid and flashing their badge. Other police talking about being undercover as Antifa. Most were peaceful. A few were not those few need.to be in prison...but it was by no means most and the gov should be liable for with holding exculpatory evidence.
