I just got a message in the mail from Social Security saying I no longer am entitled to the Ticket to Work Program. Now what was THAT? ???

What ticket?

I wonder if Trump did that?

House of Representatives. 11 million people face a deep, abrupt cut in disability insurance benefits in late 2016 if Congress fails to replenish Social Security's disability trust fund.     This is how rumors are started.   It is very easy to find out what the Ticket to Work Program is.  I did by typing three words into a search engine.
