No.  Death comes when it comes.  People can see "patterns" in anything; it just depends on the "observers" parameters.  

I have heard lots of people say that.

It's "plane crashes," they come in three. 

No. We just stop counting at three. There have been several high profile deaths this month, Ozzie, the Hulk, Donald Sutherland, Connie Francis, the actor from the Cosby show, chef Anne Burrell, probably more that I didn't hear about.
