Allowed? By whom? She is left a state university and arriving at a private university. I believe Georgetown can hire pretty much anyone they want to. I would like to hear that the GT students and faculty all disapprove of this move, but... It's especially interesting that she will be the dean of the law school. Seems she could use a refresher in ConLaw. Those protesting and calling for genocide are inciting violence with their speech which removes Constitutional protection of it. My comments are, of course, simply my personal opinion.
Allowed by the people. Our outrage is why she resigned from UPenn, but this will go largely unnoticed and there will be no outrage to stop it. Will Georgetown donors dry up in response?
