  • I have a LOT of changes going on right now, so it's kinda hard to relax. They seem to be of a positive nature, but I am still a worrier at heart. :)

Eh... I'm no Dionysius, I try not to get caught in worry about stuff I can't control and leave it at that.

'Tis true, the brain gets what it wants... for the most part. I suggest alcohol, alcohol will shut that thing down so you can rest up to do it all over again tomorrow ;)

Yes.  All the time.  It isn't death or some unknown fear.  It is finances.

  • I just got a new job!! I start on July 11. It pays $400 more a month, the insurance is cheaper and the benefits are better. I'm kinda old to be starting all over, but I needed the change. I've been at my current job for over 14 years and it's not getting any better. No chance of promotion, I've had my current title since 2003. The raises, when we get them, are only between 1.2 to 1.5%. I'm actually making less money than when I started back in 2001, our pay has not kept up with the cost of living.
