A great executive delegates. How much of the PET job will he delegate to others? How will he know if they do it right or screw it up?
As a completely inexperienced POL he has no clue what the right thing to do is or how to do i t. When you delegate shouldn't you know HOW a job is done or should be dpne so you can evaluate?
