What do you mean an ignorant food?  People are the ignorant ones, not the food.  What did the food ever do to you anyway?

Oh, wait, is that inorganic up there on the question?  I can't see very well.   I thought..... oh then, nevermind!

  • ummm?   Nope, all food contains carbon.   Could say minerals like salt, but dietary minerals aren't really foods in and of themselves. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at November 24, 2016 8:26 AM MST

I never thought anyone would give a good scientific answer. Nice job.

  • If I wanted to be truly scientific I'd say food contains C-H  or  C-C bonds since certain inorganic compounds can still contain carbon. Carbon dioxide is inorganic. Or that food isn't  a defined term in chemistry and applying the term organic is invalid.

Oh wait.   You're a physics professor or something aren't ya'? This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at July 6, 2017 10:17 AM MDT
