Do you have plans to go see the Broadway musical, "Hamilton"?
I've heard they have sold out for the next two years, so you still have a chance to start making plans. I hope they come to Houston. We have theatres in Houston, and get shows from Broadway when they travel. That would be cool!
From what I've seen of it, it really doesn't interest me that much.........RAP is not a type of 'music' I can tolerate.....just the little excerpts I waw on the Tony awards was maddening.
I just cannot picture myself sitting thru an entire evening of that type of music.....sorry!!!
But I DO APPLAUD Mr. Miranda for writing it and for the great success he's had with it.
and the most important thing? that the rap music will bring lots of younger people to theater!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
