I believe some countries do not allow the people to access the internet. So no Twitter either then. News is spoon-fed over the government network. No phones? Confiscate all books from which the people could get dangerous ideas. Close movie theaters. No plays/little theater. Radio is allowed with all programming emanating from government sources. Mostly propaganda that is government-friendly but some music is allowed as long as it doesn't fire people up, excite them, energize them. No knowledge of what is going on in the world. No need. Nationalism has its value and isolation is one of them. The national slogan will be "Ignorance is bliss".
