    True or not it doesn't matter.

    You'd think our nation's top diplomat - a lawyer and touted as the smartest woman in the western hemisphere - would know that she's responsible for knowing what should be classified even if it's not already marked - because she was.

    At the very least she'd know enough to ask someone in the department for help deciding.

    I think she lied, why should she be any different from any other politician, lol. Seriously though, I find it hard to believe that anyone that's made it as far as she has is ignorant. The problem is that she never has to own up, no consequences.
