No matter how educated/experienced/intelligent you are every new job has a Learning Curve. Each company does things differently. True?

The Learning Curve is costly.  So is Turnover. Good companies keep good employees because they cost less to do the job. They know how to do it. Training takes time. Money. Patience. Possible mistakes. Who is gonna train all the PET NEWBIES? For how long?
