It can't be too bad even the crying liberals aren't leaving, We are the greatest country on earth and it would be better if the naysayers would leave and go to the countries with professional leaders. ( who are they?)
The majority of those who work for the various branches/departments of the Government are permanent employees. I'm sure a 20 year IRS, FBI, CIA, etc. employee would take offense at being called 'uneducated inexperienced Newbies. If you are referring to those appointed by the Executive Branch to run the various agencies and serve as Ambassadors, those selected do NOT have to be 'professional' politicians and, in fact, it's a bit of a relief to move away from them. Just because the 'rest of the world' does something, doesn't mean it will work.
