Conservatives are just people who want what's best for the country

Liberal are just people who want what's best for the country.

They just interpret what's best differently.   At the core though they want the same thing.  It's easy to say one or the other wants to destroy it, but that's not really  true.  

I think I'm relatively fair.  It's something I try to maintain and that can be difficult when faced with errant nonsense.

It's not something I would take pride in though.  Rather, I think it should be the default position.

The problems of course, as with much of language, is that 'fair' according to person A is not fair according to person B.
