They just passed the recreational marijuana bill here but I had a medical card for it anyway. I think it's about time ! Right to carry ? I'm kind of on the fence about that one. Dark Web ? As in Tor and couple of others ? They can be entertaining but they don't call it the Dark web for nothing. I looked at some of it once and wasn't impressed with what I saw.
Tor is just a network meant to anonymize use and a browser to access said network. Tor can access the deepweb but that isn't it's main use or purpose. Tor was actually developed by the US Navy. Mostly so people in conflict zones, spies, and others who have a use for an internet browser and connection where being seen what one is doing can get them in lots of trouble. When you see videos and articles by say Iranians speaking out about oppressive government. Most likely it was leaked through Tor or I2P Lot's of browsers can access the deepweb that aren't Tor or anonymizing network browsers.

Darkweb is a scare term for the deepweb. All it is, is the part of the internet that isn't indexed and cannot be accessed with standard browsers and search engines. You have everything from archives, to administrative data for websites, to information and discussions about various topics, to people writing about what goes on in their country who have oppressive governments and cannot post on the regular web, to scientific research reports, to the vile crap you and others assume it is all about. Most of the internet exists in the deepweb.The darkweb doesn't really exist and is a buzzword for the few bad things that exist in the deepweb.
