    Well, it does need to be unpredictable. That way ISIS won't see it coming. The element of surprise. 

    Brexit wasn't predicted. Nobody saw that coming. The UK was expecting a "STAY" or "REMAIN" vote. Nope. 
    Hilary was expected to win the US election. Nope. George Clooney, Nancy Pelosi and Tom Hanks didn't see it coming either. 



    Unpredictable is good.
