I like both equally. They are nice little cookies to have with a cup of coffee mid morning or mid afternoon.
I make a nice dessert with ginger snaps and homemade egg custard. Just layer the cookies and custard in a flat dish (8 x 8). It's very good and different. Whipped cream on top is fun too.
