Can you run a company with uneducated/inexperienced people successfully? How can you run the US with tyros/neophytes/greenhorns in charge?

They're all apprentices/novices/beginners including da big boss. All start from the same place...ignorance/inexperience/arrogance. Nice combination isn't it? Very comforting. We're in safe hands. We will all be A-OK. Right? How?
