What's harder to "overcome": race or class?

    Class. Many times the schools in poor districts are not as good as others.  And when it comes time to get a job if you are not able to dress appropriately and perform properly in the interview process (back to the poor schools) you are at a distinct disadvantage. 

    If you are properly educated and are able to act and dress appropriately for a job interview...you will get a job.

    I'm sure their religous based charitable organization will help them. That's all they need.

    There are charity's in my area that collect business suits and nice dresses  for people to help them to get a job. There are also some that teach how to perform well during the interview.
