Class. Many times the schools in poor districts are not as good as others. And when it comes time to get a job if you are not able to dress appropriately and perform properly in the interview process (back to the poor schools) you are at a distinct disadvantage.
If you are properly educated and are able to act and dress appropriately for a job interview...you will get a job.
There are charity's in my area that collect business suits and nice dresses for people to help them to get a job. There are also some that teach how to perform well during the interview. And yes they are religious based charitable organizations.
