The GOP has had YEARS of knocking the AHCA/"repealing" it. Where is THEIR plan? How many years is it gonna take 'em fer cryin' out loud?

What's the glitchy hitch? It should be out there and available to us in final form by now. They've had more than enough time to come up with something.  Unless they have nothing and never will because there is nothing  better. Could that be? They have been conning us all along and shining us on with lies? Tsk tsk tsk. It isn't nice too fool your constituents.  Once we catch on there will be he** to pay. Any day now.
