    It depends on whether those who would destroy the Constitution PREVAIL..  I don't believe they will.  Yes, they're gonna knock the Constitution around, but it WILL survive.

    Obama is the master of governing around the Constitution.  It has damaged our country.   The Constitution is priceless and hopefully we will have an administration now that governs within its parameters.

    The spirit of the Constitution is priceless and one of the great achievements of human culture.

    The letter of the Constitution (especially with the Bill of Rights excluded) is a hodge-podge of compromises largely designed to protect the interests of slave-holding Southerners who were afraid a too-democratic government would overwhelm them (because of the larger wealth and population of the northern "free" states).

    I think the increasing political polarization and dysfunciton of the past few decades suggest the document we call the Constitution has outlived its usefulness and should be replaced by something more in tune with modern empirical realities.
