I suppose it's possible to fire everyone and start with a clean slate. But isn't that making things harder for yourself? Is it ever GOOD?

  • When I had my shop? Sometimes the employees would make me so mad that I wanted to fire everyone and shut the damn door. But what good would that do? I would have had to strat all over with new people and hope to keep my quality standards as high as I wanted them. Yes, it would have been real hard on me as I would have to have done more shop work and the paperwork would fall behind. I don't think cleaning house does that much good anyway. No, it's never good.
