Trump told Fox news that he tweets to defend himself against dishonest media. The Trump latest TWITTER- BASHING target is John Lewis. Unless Trump is a liar Lewis is dishonest media . I bet Lewis doesn't even know does he?
"He tweets because of dishonest media" meaning if he spoke to the media about what Lewis said ( or any other topic) they (media) would purposely twist and misquote him. So he sends it out via Twitter.
