Keeping all your promises is impossible when some of them contradict one another. When push comes to shove which do you keep?

During the campaign The Donald promised to keep Medicare and Social Security protected. He PROMISED. Then he says Paul Ryan is very happy because he will sign every bill Ryan gives him. We all know how much Ryan HATES Medicare/Social Security. What is The Donald to do? Break his promise to the people or break his promise to the  Ryan?

    Those two programs are very good and needed, what has to be done is clean it up, there are many people on it that shouldn't be and never paid into it.
