When The Donald asked General Mattis that specific question Mattis said torture does not work. He said he gets better results with a couple of beers and cigarettes. So did Mattis lie? Did The Donald lie? Does Mattis know that The Donald is saying something different? Does Mattis tell The Donald he is full of crap or does Mattis roll over and agree with The Donald that "torture works"? It's hard to keep up with The Donald. He keeps reversing himself. Lousy memory.
