One way or another by the end of Trump's first term will the 20s be roaring again?

T.S.Elliot famously wrote, "This is the day that the world will end, not with a bang but with a whimper." If Trump succeeds in serving out his four years, I think that whimper prediction may come to fruition. No, it's unlikely the 20s will roar again.
