Democrats did the same thing in Obama administration in 2013 led by Harry Reid to get judicial and executive approvals through and prevent filibusters. So it was okay then but not now? The Democrats were the first to do this.
Where was the outrage when Harry Reid did this under Obama?
I personally don't think they should be allowed to change the rules. I think the filibuster should be available for the minority party. As far as the committee go, I think that the rules should say that if you miss your meeting x number times you will be removed from that committee permanently. If the all members of one party refuse to show up 2 days in a row, all of that party should be removed from that committee permanently.
I don't think people voted for them to go boycott everything. They are elected and paid to work, win or lose. We can't just boycott work every time we disagree, either go to work or quit and let somebody who will show up have the job.
Good point, isn't it strange how people want other people to think how fair they are,? until the shoe is on the other foot? all one sided and phony just a lot of B.S. and not as smart as they want you to think they are.
