You're taking away free thought and making them less than human. You're creating robots and manipulating the life of others in ways that are completely immoral. Nor are you removing the turmoil and strife that is the root cause. What your really doing is taking away part of their cognition and humanity away in order for your own pleasures. The consequence is that you are removing imagination and abstract thinking that allows us that ability and as a result making the species weaker for survival. There is no ethics in genetically engineering species to change their natural state.
