What happened to Doctor/patient confidentiality? Can a patient sue a doctor for revealing medical information about him without permission?

Dr. Harold Bornstein told the New York Times on Wednesday that Donald Trump is taking a prostate drug prescribed for hair loss. Trump is also taking antibiotics to control a skin condition called Rosacea. Don't think he had permission to do this. How much trouble is he in?

    If we don't know if there was permission or not, and we don't know if a law suit has been filed, there is nothing to discuss.......only speculate.
