    No ... communism is merely a shared property. It doesn't actually address dividing anything up, since everything is owned by all members of the commune.  If you leave the commune, you don't get to take "your share".

    It is called a few things.  The most common being Luck or Inheritance.

    Or they worked smarter, instead of harder.
