Anything interesting happen for you today?

I got the opportunity to meet and shake hands with the mayor of my city. He was a very nice guy, even for a Democrat. ;) What interesting thing happened for you today?

    all of a sudden everyone stops their cars,
    I brake too much, lost traction, and start sliding toward the car ahead.
    thought it was over, then tires got traction with inches to spare. WHEW
    ..so what are you saying?
    even Dems can be nice huh? Wow that's quite something huh?

    I lost my "All Files" folder from gmail and can't find my archive. 
    And my oldest friend from Ask.com joined answerMug. 
    On balance, I'm pretty happy with the day so far.
