Requests for Town Hall meetings are getting met by angry accusations. See below. Don't Conservatives like Town Hall Meetings too?

 Folks who request Town Hall meetings are getting attacked with accusations of "Paid protesters" and "Organized left-wing groups".  Is it only Liberals/Democrats who want to talk to their local Pols? Don't Conservatives want to talk with their local representatives too? Why are Town Hall Meeting being politicized? Aren't they equally help ful to both sets of politically partisan constituents? I don't get it.
