Where is the cat in the catwalk?

Do models walk like cats?

  • If they can't find the cat, they can also call it a "runway" or "ramp."
    Walk like cats?  They are suppose to ... one foot in front of the other.

    It is kind of a funny way to say things these days.  It's amazing how language is ever changing.  Walking with one foot directly in front of the other does give them a sexy little wag on their behinds.  Cats do have the ability to walk effortlessly in this fashion as well.  
    To answer your question, here is where the term originally came from :)
