Amping up the Military Budget and Security will be the focus. How much slashing of social programs would you be comfy with? Why?

On the chopping block in no particular order would be Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security. Don't know where infrastructure repair fits in the budget or whether preparing for or being prepared for a war is a good thing. Do you?
