Not cold.  Under certain conditions (nowhere to warm it) room temp would do.

  • Yes. room temp. as left overnight. "Cold" was a poor choice on my part, though I have eaten refrigerator cold pizza an it is ok.

Some pizza is better cold. Only like to heat it in a frying pan, it makes the crust a little crispier.
Heating in the microwave makes most pizza mushy because of too much cheese and a thick crust.
A well made Pizza has a good balance of ingredients.

  • Microwaving pizza is a great wickedness.

  • Sometimes.   I kinda like room temp pizza.   Rarely have it cold because I never seen the purpose of putting it in the fridge.  Just leave it in the box on the stove.

Since you put it that way, I'll just trash the pizza..................maybe. This post was edited by Zack at March 2, 2017 1:39 PM MST

  • It's cheese, cured meat, and dough sizzled in a 500F oven.   It's fine.  Rarely does it ever make it pass the 8 hour mark when I 'm around.

Bacteria is good!  Yogurt, cured meats, sauerkraut.   Yum!!
Mold is even better.   Blue cheese,  goat brie, etc.   Super yum
