This is a joke, right? The Republicans allegedly locked up the details of their healthcare plan. Rand Paul complained. Locked up? WHY?

Those Republican Pols charged with working on it apparently went to a separate room out of sight and away from everyone including fellow Senators. No one can see it.  Not even those whose political views are in concert with theirs. Now WHY would they feel a need to keep it away from others' eyes? If it exists what's the problem in showing it when asked? However if there is no plan I can understand why they would "lock it up". Anyone have a handle on this?  A clue what's going on? Anyone?

    They were locked up because Paul Ryan, et al, didn't want to take a chance on the details being leaked.  As far as I'm concerned, they can lock up Paul Ryan, et al.

    Hahahahahahahahaha! Too funnee hunnee! He is always so serious. I cannot recall a time when he smiled.  I think they got  nuthin' and they are terrified that folks will find that out so they are perpetrating this great fraud to make it seem that they are protecting something.
