They're gonna cut the NOAA budget by 17%. It's a climate change Sciency Thingy. Why not cut it 100%?

Since they believe climate change is a hoaxy Chinese or Liberal ploy and doesn't exist why spend a dime pretending it does? Why not go for broke? Eliminate it completely. Then you cut more taxes for the rich and provide more private school vouchers for the privileged. Right?
