Murray supports rolling back Obama's Clean Power Plan but cautions Trump to "go easy on talk of jobs revival". Why? Because many coal mining jobs were lost to technology rather than regulations and also from competition from natural gas and renewables. That competition is not going away. Why doesn't Trump KNOW THAT?
