The Donald must find a SPECIAL punishment for California. We are MAJORLY Democratic. He HATES us. How will he punish us?

We are continuing to fight hard for environmental protection issues m2c. Further many of our cities are declaring themselves sanctuary cities and we are promised for doing that to have federal funds yanked. We don't give a rat's a** about money. We're gonna do what we believe is the right thing to do. Bring it on! Thank you for your reply. I would LOVE Trumpy to carve  California off the mainland. We would drift to Hawaii and become part of the Hawaiian Islands. Hawaii is an even bluer state than California. We will be in good company. Bring it on. Bring it on. Bring it on! :)

I do think those cities should loose Federal funding.

I think it's just a buncha hogwash m2c. Some folks have been kvetching about it for years. Separate the north from the south. Separate California from the United States. There is always a lunatic fringe ready and waiting to pounce. Just a lotta noise as far as I'm concerned. Though as you know I would LOVE to have our state being freed from the mainland so it could float to Hawaii and become another Hawaiian Island. Harboring illegal criminals is not a good thing. Isn't that the equivalent of giving decent, law abiding people the middle finger? 

Well Karen no it isn't. However it depends entirely upon what the person being hunted down for is being hunted down for. A mass murderer who tortures before he kills? I don't think such a person deserves compassion. But being guilty of being Hispanic? for example? No. I don't think that rises to the middle-finger level at all. Do you believe in mercy Karen?  Do you believe that some laws are unjust/harsh/punitive? One size does not fit all. In the olden days when Churches provided sanctuaries the sanctuary providers were God's spokespeople. Priests, nuns, lay people who were very involved in church affairs. Do you think they were giving the middle finger to anyone in God's name or do you think they were providing a safe place for some of God's children? If you use a broadbrush  to taint then you taint everyone who complies with their conscience. "What you do to the least of mine you do to me". God said that. If they are here illegally, they have already broken the law. If they are here illegally and commit a crime, that's a double strike. Those people should be deported. Do you really believe that if they commit a crime, they should just be allowed back into society? I'm not talking about the illegals who come here to work to help their families out, as long as they are not stealing, or assaulting or murdering anyone, let them be. I don't believe they should be here illegally to begin with though. 

At least not everyone there feels the same about it.
