Sen. Roy Blunt, a member of the Appropriations Committee, annouced something below that will make Trump blow his stack. You too?

Senator Blunt (R) announced  at a leadership conference that the Trump supplemental funding request pertaining to wall building will wait until "later in the year". Does that mean it is being permanently "tabled?" It is one of the signature promises Trump made to the wall-loving people who are counting on that wall. What does Trump do to get back at the delayers and make them pay and force them to do things his way OR ELSE? Any ideas?
