Trump should be a US President instead of a Russian flunky.
He's sending an envoy to Russia as a reward. He doesn't care, but he does seem annoyed at N Korea but that probably because they are Asian. This is a man who still thinks Asians get the names for their kids by throwing silverware down the stairs.
Why does it matter any more? Trump is an ineffective tool.
