    No, not the same. I saw someone driving and vaping with the driver side window half down and it looked like a cumulus cloud formation every time he exhaled.

  • That's those silly "cloud chasers'  trying to get ridiculous amounts of vapour.  Most of them don't even use nicotine and do it for no real reason.
